Stuck on this one good and proper...... Any nudges for me and my compadre? Hmmm... between the picture and the page title, you have everything you need, assuming you've solved puzzles like this before. Perhaps do a Google search for similar puzzles?

The title makes this puzzle easier, just a research on letter frequencies.

darn it, I just can't find out the sentence! Right at the beginning when I read the title it was clear to me that it was a cryptogram and that I should look at the letter frequencies in it and compare to standard english language and hence see what I get. The problem is that the p, w and y have the same frequency! as do the i and e. This is driving me nuts!

With this short sentence it's easy to get mismatched frequencies. There should be an online program available to help you tackle with them. Look at post#12.
