Anyone else like this series? It's a series of graphic novels (which in all reality is just a fancy name for comics) focusing on "The Endless" who are a group of the very first beings (Destiny, Death, Dream, Desire, Despair, Destruction, Delirium/Delight) - well, actually it focuses most on Dream and his past and future.
It's not the best thing out there, but I think it's really pretty interesting, not to mention, it has a lot of great quotes.

It's sort of fantasy, and it also ties in some history (not completely accurate--but it fits well) Like Orpheus and Eurydice, and some shakespeare. It's an interesting read if you get a chance to get into it ^_^

It is the single greatest comic book series ever. In my humble (but accurate) opinion. Not the type of series for you spandex-and-capes crowd.

I'm glad you like it ET, I didn't want to go so far as to say single best (though I think I do agree) just because I haven't read many other series and I didn't want to be flogged by people who disagree ^^

BEST. BEST BEST. Hee hee. Don't get me wrong, I get plenty of satisfaction from a good, say, Spidey, story, but Neil Gaiman (the author of Sandman) is in a different league. It's literature. A Season of Mists is potentially one of the coolest stories ever.

I did enjoy season of mists, and I liked fables and reflections as well. And Hollywood better not ruin it they could never do it justice And I liked it cause it's not just some light, boring, predictable tale -- it's got a different story, and it's darker. I definitely give it two thumbs up (though if I had an extra thumb for some reason, it'd be three)

Well, a bit of both really, it depends on the story and such

It's not really too bad, but it does has it's depressing moments -- in one story a character goes off into a tangent about love and how horrible and painful it is -- the moments like that are a little bit depressing, but depending on how much thought you want to put into it...it's not that *in*accurate, just...well, not sure, it's hard to say.
You'd have to read it for yourself and form your own opinions
