I'm ready to hurt a small puppy over this one...I can see the red square and despite my best efforts to mess around with it all I'm left with is a red square
Please offer help...if not for me, do it for the puppy

don't hurt the puppy!
if you see what's so special, make something literal out of where it is.

Much easier than Puz20 is. Use the cursor to get the clue. That should be enough.

Nor sure what we're looking for, but it is early days. I have not had any luck seeing a red whatever. If I download the bmp and view it in another program, I can at least playwith the 24_25_ but that doesn't get me the red whatever. Should I be able to do that on the enigma screen?

Disregard the 24_25_ for the moment, and only look for this red. Then find the 24_25_ of the red. Each of those 24_25_ will tell you the answer.
The source code tells you what the 24_25_ are if you didnt already guess

Thanks. Got it. Simple, but not direct. Gotta have faith in the pic dimensions when you paint&point and remember how you understood 24_25_in the first place. I worried too much about the src .bmp description. Now, where did I put that talcum powder.

I need a hint as to what to DO with the gray picture in Paint. I've been messing around with this for two days. Help.

I am completely stumped by this one. All I see is a gray bmp in the middle, the title, and some text hidden in the source. I've tried replacing the numbers with letters but that hasn't gotten me anywhere, and the hidden text itself doesn't make any sense. No idea what the "coordinates" are supposed to refer to or even what they might be. A previous puzzle mentioned a latitude but that doesn't seem to have any bearing on this.
