Try Googling "deranged cipher"...
We've just begun Stage 2.

Once you have the address, you are halfway there- but you need to figure out the exact location of the next level. Try thinking of ways to figure out the place from the address.
You will need Google, or some other website, to solve this.

Don't cry, Jase! Just read the letter and last paragrpaph carefully (the letter in particular). Then use wikipedia.
Or you could always ask someone else working on the level.

As you correctly guessed the level in question is not a code but a thinking puzzle (as is the next one). You should read the letter carefully and try to figure out exactly where the dark-coated man would have gone next. This is a two-step question. You might find it useful to look at the bottom left-hand part of the image, since there is something attached to the letter.

This clue should help you-
What could the given number be? Try brainstorming.
P.S. Could you possibly take this line of thought to the Cryptos forum as others will probably need these clues as well- it is a hard level.

I'm on four (I think) the cipher I am using has to be wrong --because I get gibberish. But all the clues seem to point to the one I am using. Hey Cryptos are you the author of this puzzle?? AM on the temp end for this one. Now there are 2 puzzles that I am eagerly awaiting more levels on Well done Cryptos!!

i've reached the temp end. it's quite a ride! I highly recommend it!
It's quite a different sort of puzzle experience from Enigma, where you spend quite a bit of time in cryptology. It's a cryptologist's wet dream wrapped up nicely in a mystery flick.
Cheers, Cryptos~ I'm waiting to find out what happens next.
