I don´t have solved it but whoever made this must be a sick genius. And I salute him/her. Also as non- natural -english speaker. I read all the clues but the words i get make no sense to me at all.

write out the words u see and then say them quickly. Make sense of what u hear and not what u read.

I am so stuck. Having stumbled across this site the other day i was so impressed and very inspired by it. Had minor problems in earlier puzzles but the forums have helped me before the last page . this one i've double read every single post and failed to get it. The last bit i got easily. at least i believe i have. but the first part i am totally stuck and the picture isn't helping me at all. have tried google but failed to get any help there. is it supposed to be some american thing as people have mentioned dallas and JFK. but that doesn't help me as im from enland if it is.
please help me

Sometimes it's best to just stare at the picture for a while and hope a flash of ideas appears...but ideas are tricky, and don't always stick around

Being from England will not hurt you in this puzzle. In fact, it may very well help.

Hope this isn't a spolier... you don't need to worry about the first part of the phrase, the answer is towards the end

First of all, these puzzles are awesome... until I got to #9.
I had solved all of them by myself, but I took hours trying to figure this out to no avail. I ended up knowing the answer through someone not in this site, and I still don't see how it makes sense.

GOOGLE IS NOT NECESSARY. Just sound out the message, and after a fashion, you will probably realize the answer. if you would like, it would be my pleasure to help you. pm me, send me an email, or whatever. i can give you a more detailed clue if you would like.
